√In terms of elements
-Manga is the japanese word for comics, they are usually, but not always, published in english in graphic novel format. You can find them in comic book or regular magazine format. Japanese Manga is almost always black and white.
-Doodle fiction incorporates doodle writing, drawaing, and hard written graphics in place of traditional font. Often adding humorous elements causing lighthearted laughter and amusement.
-Graphic Novel is a comic book in book formal, with a spine instead of staples. And it is published like book instead of magazine.
√In terms of structure can be easily figure out. Difference in terms of structure: Much as Supreme, Pepperoni and Cheese are all kinds of pizza, comics, manga, and doodle fiction are all kinds of graphic novels.
Doodle Fiction seems to be closer to a traditional novel, but takes on a severely hand drawn aesthetic to its art and lettering, whereas the other two begin with hand-drawn art and then use shortcuts such as tone and digital editing to finish the job.
Manga is drawn in a heavily stylized way and usually oriented for reading left to right as opposed to the American right to left way of reading.
Graphic Novels is also American shorthand for a collection of single issue comics, or a longer American-comic style work, so this can get confusing.
While I have no doubt that doodle fiction does this as well, American Comics and Manga seem to use them more heavily, opting for a more refined look. Some people will tell you that Manga is purely Japanese, made by Japanese authors for a Japanee audience. That's poopycock. When I ask them "Well, if a Japanese artist draws Batman in an American style, oriented left to right reading, is the 20 page full.
